What we gather, why we keep it, and how to change it. Updated August 2026.
Halcyon Guide Ltd ("Halcyon", "we") runs an independent guide to the Robinhood platform. What follows lays out, without the legalese, what becomes of the details you share as you read, complete the contact form, or make for the sign-in.
Anything you enter into the contact form arrives with us — a name, an email, a phone number should you add one, and your message. The sign-in only relays your credentials to your own account; what you actually own stays with the broker, not with us. In the background our servers log the usual housekeeping: the address a device connects from, its type, and the pages that were opened.
Those fragments serve only to reply to you, to explain the platform, and to guard the site against misuse. We never place your details up for sale, and we never send marketing you did not request.
A small set of cookies keeps your preferences and reveals which pages are earning their keep. The optional ones you may accept or refuse at the banner, and your browser can erase every last one on request.
You may ask to see what we hold, to correct it, or to have it removed. Write to the address below and a reply will follow inside a reasonable span of time.
